Our goal is to provide you with all necessary information on hotels that we have contracts with, so that you are in a position to purchase accommodation or travel related service through our site. Through our web site, you may also find other travel related products or services offered by partners of ours.
At the moment of reservation, you will receive a confirmation for your reservations process.
And a voucher after the reserved service is re confirmed by provider (Hotel or Service provider).
This will be normally within the 24 hours after you have placed your order. At that moment you are bound by these terms and conditions as the reservation has been completed. Please note that when you receive the details of your reservation it is important that you check them carefully and advise us immediately if any errors have been made.
YOUR RIGHTS AFTER THE RESERVATION IS MADE
When a reservation has been completed, processed and you have received reconfirmation, the hotel (Or service) you have selected is obliged to provide you with that service as described on your voucher. Rooms will be allocated at the time of check-in. Please note that hotels cater for an international clientele and staff working in the hotels may not all be English-speaking. Please also note that whilst this website endeavors to offer accurate information at all times, certain facilities may occasionally be withdrawn due to low occupancy, to enable repairs to be carried out, or for other valid reasons.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS AFTER A RESERVATION IS MADE
In case you have not paid the relevant reservation, you shall pay it in accordance with the payments schedule. Keep in mind that in case you have not fully paid the price, you are not entitled to the accommodation (Or service) reserved. In case you want to amend or cancel your reservation, you are subject to our amendments and cancellation terms. In case you are under aged, you must be escorted by your parents or have a relevant consent sent to us.
YOU HAVE MADE A RESERVATION FOR OTHERS?
In cases where an individual proceeds with reservations on behalf of a third party, we assume that this person has obtained the necessary approval from the third party. We shall therefore assume no liability for any unauthorized use from that person. All communication relevant to those reservations will be with this person.
you are encouraged to arrange for your holiday insurance, as your holiday may be obstructed due to reasons that are beyond our or your control. From time to time you may find a link to a partner of ours in order to get information on insurance policies.
PAYMENTS all reservations are due for payment before check in and or receiving the re confirmed service. In case you pay by credit or debit card, we shall automatically process the payment at the time of reconfirmation of reservation requested. You hereby give us your consent for this procedure. Failure of payment due to unauthorized or improper use of the credit card or any other reason shall result in your reservation being cancelled. Charges made are refundable as cancellations policy of hotels defines.
The use for Master. Euro or Visa card is free of charge.
Can I cancel or amend my booking?
Providing you make any cancellations or amendments in accordance with the hotel's policy you will be charged accordingly.
The cancellation policy can be found on the hotel details page and on the statement mouse over of "Free Cancellation". Cancellation policies for each hotel can vary so please ensure you check the details when
you make a reservation or on your re confirmation voucher.
General cancellations term is till 3 days prior arrival without charge. But any note different will over rule that.
If you want to cancel or amend your booking you can only do it by sending us an email on: email@example.com, from where you than will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation.
Please note as long you have not received a re confirmation of the cancellation your reservation in not canceled yet.
Make sure you receive a re confirmation.
Refunds: Are done ONLY towards the details used. To the same card details or bank account where the payment was charged or done from.
In the rule the refunds will come out on those details apx. 7-10 working days after.
Refunds are not in place if booking and cancelation are made to catch availability or better rate direct to accommodation, or towards any other source.
In case we can prove that by declaration from accommodation the funds will be nonrefundable (I.E miss use from our great rates and availability)
Costs for refunds will be deducted from the to be refunded amount before the refund is done (Bank costs or Card commissions).
For cancelations without “God’s Hands” reasons there will be an admin fee (Only for confirmed and deposited bookings) of 35 USD.
This will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded towards the source used of deposit or payment.”
Transfer Charges & Schedule Changes
Seaplane transfer are carried out by Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) Domestic flights are carried out by Fly Me or Maldivian. In case of unforeseen circumstances with seaplane/Domestic Flight, or in case of international flight delays or may be cancelled due to weather conditions or maintenance needs No refund can be done due to any Weather or Operational Problem. Fuel charges are subject to change as per charged by the Maldivian Airports Company Ltd and charges will be confirmed at the time of reservation of the service. Seaplane transfers are available only during daylight hours (6am-6pm) to (6.30am-15.00pm) . Per Person the weight limits are 20Kg in cases and 5Kg in hand. Any overweight is payable on the spot to the provider.
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant to CkbTravel that you will not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
No Show / Failure to Cancel
Each resort booked through Maldivesoffer.com, is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the resort booked.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms & conditions.
If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the resort booked.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, CkbTravel/Maldivesoffer.com shall not be responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.
